Thunder Bullet (サンダーバレット Sandā Baretto) is a single-bolt shooting spell cast by Fate Testarossa in The MOVIE 1st, probably a MCA version of the basic Midchildan shooting spell Shoot Barret.
Thunder Bullet is a high-speed penetration bolt emphasising "defense penetration". Although the bolt is one-off and takes time to generate, its power is high thanks to the penetration effect and the electricity effect enchanted.[1]
Name[]
Thunder Bullet is the spell name pronounced by Bardiche. Note that in the earlier series, there is also a Midchildan language usage of "Barret" (バレット Baretto) over "Bullet" in spell names, e.g. Barret Power and Variable Barret.
Notable uses[]
Fate casts Thunder Bullet with her free left hand against Nanoha Takamachi at a close distance, when Scythe Slash is blocked by her Round Shield and her Divine Shooter is approaching. It pierces through the Round Shield and successfully stops Nanoha from controlling the Divine sphere.
