Telepathy (念話 or 思念通話) is a magical ability of direct mind-to-mind communication in the Nanoha universe. All the mages are capable of telepathy. The telepathic systems under different magic systems are similar, therefore communication between practitioners of different systems is possible.^[1]

In episode 23 of StrikerS, it is revealed that the Numbers are able to intercept the content of a telepathic conversation, but not to jam it. It is unclear whether this ability is unique to them or all Combat Cyborgs have it.
