Serena Earls (セレナ・アールズ Serena Āruzu) is a member of the Bureau's Armed Forces Public Relations Department. She only appears in the special "After Days" chapter of StrikerS manga, where she and Hayate Yagami host the Battle Technique Disclosure Fair and provide live commentary on the mock battle between Signum and Nanoha Takamachi.
