This chapter is set between StrikerS episodes "An Important Experience" and "Riot Force 6's Day Off (Part 1)", corresponding to episode 9.5, and opens with Erio's flashbacks of "Stars and Lightning" and StrikerS Sound Stage 01, showing the growing mutual understanding between him and Caro, as well as "Hotel Augusta", "A Two Person Wish", and "An Important Experience", offering his perspective on Teana's clash with Nanoha.
After a day's work is finished, Vita checks the Forwards' paperwork, commending its quality, and dismisses them for the day. In their room, Erio and Caro reveal their respective origins and why they never met before despite being adopted siblings to Subaru, Teana, and Alto Krauetta.
