Shario Finieno (シャリオ・フィニーノ Shario Finīno) is an Administrative Bureau member graduated from communications department, introduced as an assistant to Fate T. Harlaown in StrikerS. She is also a Device Meister.
Name[]
Her first name is presumably a reference to the Mitsubishi Chariot.
She is usually nicknamed Shari (シャーリー Shārī).
Her callsigns in the extra forces include Long Arch 01 (ロングアーチ01 Rongu Āchi Wan)[2] (in Riot Force 6, 0075-0076).
In StrikerS[]
Shari grew up on Midchilda, in the same neighborhood (East 6th Aarse-Port) as Griffith Lowran.[3]
Shari, along Griffith, first meets Nanoha Takamachi, Fate, Hayate Yagami and Reinforce Zwei in the initial Ground Force. Under Fate's request, from May 0072 onwards, she becomes an Executive Officer Assistant to Fate under the Bureau's Main Office (i.e. Sailing Force), until being temporarily transferred to Riot Force 6 in April 0075 as Communication Operator and self-claimed Mechanic Designer.
Although Shari is not a mage, she possesses the qualification of Device Meister and is responsible for the creation of the Forward team's and later Ginga Nakajima's Devices (with the help from Nanoha, Raising Heart Exelion and Rein). She also oversees the training undergone by the Forward team, using the data gathered to make adjustments to their Devices.
After the dissolution of Riot Force 6 in April 0076, Shari returns to the Sailing Force as Fate's assistant. As Teana also becomes an Executive Officer Assistant to Fate, sharing part of her workloads, she is able to acquire more qualification as well as plan for Device modification for her friends.[4]

Shari appears again in Force, working alongside Fate and, occasionally, Teana on the Bible of Silver Cross Incident.

Shario in Reflection
Shari appears in Reflection and Detonation so far, in her childhood.
In Reflection, she makes a brief appearance in the Administrative Bureau Main Office, at the technical division where Mariel Atenza works at.
