Luciferion (ルシフェリオン Rushiferion) is Stern the Destructor's staff-shaped Device.

It is initially introduced in The Battle of Aces as a copy of Raising Heart Exelion, having identical appearances except its main color is metallic red with purple gem. However, as there is no notable AI, it is not known whether Luciferion can also be classified as an Intelligent Device.

Name

Its name comes from "lucifer", Latin for Morning Star. Akaboshi, the Japanese word for Morning Star, also appears in the aria of Stern's signature spell Luciferion Breaker.

Luciferion primarily appears alongside its master in the portable continuity.

It is also adapted in the Brave Duel continuity as Stern's Brave Duel Device (see Luciferion). Its basic designs are revised according to those of Raising Heart Exelion in The MOVIE 2nd A's, with extra designs added as additional forms (e.g. Luciferion Claw, Luciferion Driver).

In the movie continuity, Luciferion appears as Stern's Device in Reflection and Detonation with significant changes in design. Instead of a copy, it is a firepower-specialised arrangement based on Raising Heart Exelion. On another hand, Luciferion Claw is adapted as another armament named Blast Claw.

Forms

In The Gears of Destiny, it is not known whether Luciferion has a standby form like Raising Heart Exelion's Standby Mode, although Stern is sometimes seen in her Heat Suit but without Luciferion. On another hand, its three battle forms are officially named therein. As Stern acquires her personal magic color, the mana wings of Luciferion also changes from cherry blossom pink to vermillion.

Functions

Upgrades	Description
Accelerate Charge System	Presumably equivalent to Raising Heart Exelion's A.C.S, allowing rapid acceleration under Disaster Head. When activated (as A.C.S Open Mode), Luciferion generates six mana wings/fins and a semi-materialised mana blade (copy of Strike Flame) from its tip.
